Newest Blogs in the Network 6-3-2009

Summer is drawing nigh for those of us above the Equator and with that sweet, sultry season comes a lull in blogging activity, both reading and writing. Perhaps this annual easing of effort explains why we only have 6 new additions to the Nature Blog Network this week. This is hardly a problem though as it gives us more time to explore each one!

BIRDS
Birding Madrid – Information about birds in and around Madrid, best hot spot and relevant birds that could be seen very close to Madrid city. Guiding optional.

ECOSYSTEM
SuckedSlant.com – A North Norfolk Blog – Natural History, Garden Plants, Automata, Journal, Political Memos, TumbldUpon

Simplified Environmental Education – Easy to use guidelines for teacher and facilitator. Fun nature game and experiments for children

In Heywood’s Meadow – nature study and nature journaling for children and families, celebrating the outdoors

FLORA
Snowbabies – Love photographing garden and wild flowers along with wildlife and the natural world all around me.

REPTILES & AMPHIBIANS
Interrupted Thought Process – Snakes, flowers, insects, landscapes, and other reptiles.

There may be only 6 new blogs this week, but they sure provide us all with plenty to enjoy!

Birds, natural history, gardens, plants, environmental education, kids’ nature games, nature study, wildlife photography, reptiles, amphibians, insects and landscapes? Wow! I need the whole week to enjoy all of this nature action!

Welcome new bloggers! Thanks for joining up and adding to the Nature Blog Network’s variety. You’ll get to know some fantastic fellow nature bloggers here, like I have since I joined.

    Make yourselves at home, friends!
