Friday Roundup: September 18, 2009

Due to the server issues I wasn’t able to get a round up out last week.  So this week you get a super expanded edition of Friday Roundup.  Two weeks worth of carnivals! I hope you have time to read.

–=====–

Carnival of the Blue #28 – Presented at The Saipan Blog

Scientia Pro Publica #10 – The latest edition at Southern Fired Scientist

I and the Bird #109 – In verse from Madras Ramblings

The Moth and Me #6 – Presented by NBN colleague Seabrooke at The Marvelous in Nature

Friday Ark #261 – at The Modulator

–=====–

Hmm, now when you look at it it doesn’t quite live up to the expanded edition billing, does it?  Still, lots of good reads in there.  Enjoy!

    Um, oops. So, when I was signing myself up for this year’s Donor’s Choose blogger challenge, I also asked about setting up a special group for NBN members, since there is one for Scienceblogs.com and Discover blogs.
    And…they responded with a yes, set it up, and made me the administrator.

    I hadn’t actually planned on that!! O_o

    SO–If you don’t like that I’m using the NBN logo on my site
    (http://membracid.wordpress.com/2009/09/18/i-challenge-thee/)
    in this context, and/or if you would like to take over, please let me know! I have no ownership issues, and am frankly kinda embarrassed about this.

    I do actually think there are more nature bloggers out there than PZ fans…. And whoever wins the challenge, the real winners are kids and
    teachers.
