Contests and Promotions
Dave of Dave Ingram’s Natural History Blog is giving away a copy of NWF’s Field Guide to Insects and Spiders of North America by Arthur V. Evans. Dave offers a glowing review of the book, at the end of which he offers up his review copy to readers. It’s an easy contest – simply comment at the book review post about why you’d like it, and a winner will be chosen at random – and given the praise Dave offers for the guide, it would make a great addition to your library! Contest closes July 8.
Amber of Birder’s Lounge is continuing her photo ID challenge for 2010 under the name Challenge for Charity. Try your hand at identifying a series of photos; the person with the most correct receives a $10 donation to the charity of their choice.
